This particular workout was tough. I did the Bulgarian splits first and it really made the dead lifts more difficult. On top of that I added more weight on the DLs. Not a good idea.
The Romanian Dls w/Rows were done a little different. Less weight using a makeshift wide bar. This made the workout even harder as my grip failed early on. I used kettle bells on the end of the bar instead of plates which changed the dynamics of the lifts as well
